Where others may shake and shiver at the thought of having to ‘sell’ anything to get people to partner with them in an MLM Business, Send out cards is as simple as:
1. Sending out a Card a Day
2. Sending out a Gift a week
3. Walking people through our System (Our CEO walks your prospects through our System)
But WHY on earth would anyone do that, especially in ‘This Economy”??
Ya know, ‘Spend Money’ and be ‘Nice to Other people’….
Sounds Downright Crazy Right???

We Cherish Kindness But We Struggle To Practice It.

Here is one of my favorite quote:
“That best portion of a good man’s life, his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and of love”
…William Wordsworth
This quote was written in 1798 by Wordsworth as part of his work, “Lines composed a few miles above Tintern Abbey.” The significance of it to me is its timing and the sheer simplicity of the message. Even 212 years ago, poets and philosophers like Wordsworth were challenging human beings to be kind at all times because, as he pointed out even then, simple acts of kindness and love are the best portion of any man. Just as nothing has stayed the same, nothing has changed since those days.
As you make your way through your life, do you consciously and deliberately consider whether or not you are being consistently kind? Or instead, do you justify rudeness, revenge, guile, or cruelty as being somehow righteous or fair? As your day unfolds, do you look for ways to do kind things for others that will not garner you any notoriety or fame? Or instead, do you simply do apparently good things that will attract attention and advance your position if noticed by the right person? A charitable or kind act is not something that is done to gain favour or attract pats on the back. It is something that is done out of pure goodness and the spirit of caring and giving. As Wordsworth suggests, even if it is nameless and unremembered, a kind act has value and will bring benefit to you and to those you help. Some of the greatest heroes and philanthropists of all time are unknown and have never been applauded. True kindness does not come with conditions or an expectation of reward.
The second lesson in Wordsworth’s quote is that acts of kindness and love are the “best portion of a good man’s life.” If you are rich, famous, talented, or successful in business, you have not attained true goodness. You have simply moved yourself ahead of others in one area or another. You have not necessarily brought any value to the world until you have helped others in the true spirit of selfless charity or kindness. Obligatory or market-driven charitable donations and occasional appearances at charitable events do not make one kind or loving. Fortunately for charities, our business world and the tax system have made charity a good financial investment. However, very good people will move beyond business-based-charity. Good people are kind to everyone at all times without motive.
As you drive down the highway in your new car or slip into bed in your sumptuous home, ask yourself, “Have I done any good for the world today? Have I helped anybody just for the sheer pleasure of being kind and selfless? When you can answer “yes!” to those two questions, your life will have true value and you will be the good man or woman that Wordsworth spoke of.
Kindness is easy! Try it…I guarantee you will like it!

Team Motivation – 3 Easy Steps To Creating Success In Your MLM Business!

Team Motivation, what is it and how can you implement it into your network marketing business?
Being a motivated leader is one of the key factors to succcess in the wonderful network marketing industry because we are essentially responsible for guiding others to success, of course with the passion and determination that your new business partners should process on their own.
Team motivation is a practice that anyone can implement in their network marketing business right now. It’s a great way to share your thoughts and training that will motivate your new business partners and will inspire them to want to take action. And even if you do not have any experience, you can motivate your team to success.
However, you have to be willing to step up to the plate and act as the CEO of your organization. The MLM industry is not that different from the corporate world we are so desperately trying to escape. Just think of your team as your enterprise and encourage and inspire your team to act as the CEO of their business. Then you come together and share resources and ideas to help each other grow as one unit.
There are many ways to create team motivation, but I’ve put together 3 easy tactics that you can start implementing into your business right now:
1 – Put together a ‘getting started guide” – Your new team members are excited about their new business. But since you were in the business before them and have more experience with getting things set up, why not put together a simple getting started guide to get them going? Kind of like when you start a new job and the company has an orientation for all new employees. Doing so shows that you care about the success of your partners.
2 – Create a private online community – Sites like ning.com or google groups have free platforms for you to instantly start and organize a private group. This is a great way to gather your business partners together so they can meet each other, collaboarate and share ideas, notes, tools, etc. You can plug all of your training material and even your getting started guide into these types of communities which is another way to create team motivation.
3 – Weekly Brainstorming sessions – Alpha attraction and retention are obviously linked through innovation. So being innovative and having weekly brainstorming sessions are easier than ever to do with free teleconference services, even if you have team members all over the world. Invite your team members to participate in these sessions and challenge them to lead the calls as well. This helps them overcome fear and is a great way to practice how to be leaders for their own team that they start. In order to become a leader, one must follow a leader first, then become one.
So, don’t be afraid to act like an ALPHA and motivate your team. I hope these 3 little tips helped you.
